Cabins

$20 per person per night

(2 small cabins that sleep up to 4 each)

$150 per night for large cabin

(Sleeps up to 10.)

$600 annual family site

Storage

$20 per month

Guide Service

MOTORCYCLE | ATV | JEEP

Expert trail guide to lead you through the forest. Routes customized for your group's skill level and desired experience.

$20 per person per day for our lodging guests.

Minimum 3 guests for guide service.

If not staying at the resort, guide fees are:

Short loop: $30 per person
Long loop: $40 per person

Guide service not available between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

Forest Service Requirements

The Sutton Bluff ATV & Motorcycle Trail System is just a few miles up the road from the Freeman Offroad Resort! Stay in our cabins and ride your ATV to the trail system!

OHV trail riding areas in the Mark Twain

All bikes and ATVs require a forest permit. Cost is $7.00 per day or $45 for an annual permit.

Save some time by printing and filling out the permit form.

ATVs require a slow moving vehicle triangle sign on the back. In addition, ATVs requires a standard safety flag. Motorcycles do not have these requirements.
